Word Count:  
250 – 700 words

Logo & Images:        
No more than 2 images, plus your logo.  Minimum of 72 Dpi resolution, preferably 300 Dpi.

Keywords:
Your keywords are how a student will find your profile on our website.  It is the word or phrase they will type in to our on-site search engine i.e., students seeking colleges who provide ‘mechanical engineering courses’ will type in just that.

Ask yourself the following questions:

What are you promoting?

  1. Is it the institution as a whole? If yes, what subjects are you particularly strong in/weak in; what is unique about your institution; what type of student are you looking to attract?

  2. Is it a specific course/courses in one particular subject area? If yes, which course and in what subject area

  3. What level of study?

The answer to these questions will provide you with your keywords or phrases

These keywords need to be mentioned within the body of the text of your profile.  It is essential, however, that the content of the profile still ‘reads’ correctly and is grammatically correct to be truly effective, i.e. merely listing keywords will not generate the results you are seeking.

We require a minimum of 4-5 keywords and a maximum of 25.

Active Links/live URL’s:     Maximum of 3 links per page.
